Building Fixus

And so our journey begins. Hi, we’re Liz, Andy, Debs and Jonny. Friends who met through our own fitness journey and who have now joined forces to create CrossFit Fixus. Mixing our knowledge of CrossFit, fitness, movement and physiotherapy to create Middleton’s newest health hub.

Having being brought up and living in Middleton we are so happy to be building our gym here. We are currently working away getting the unit ready, the new kit ordered and our programming finalised.

We can’t wait for you to try out our facility when we are open in late August 2022! Bring on the opening party.
