Tom Oliver

When I discovered CrossFit in 2018, it completely transformed my understanding of fitness. I now train for everything, not anything specific, with performance, longevity, and community at the forefront..

My versatility is my strength. I am an ex-UK Forces sniper and have served operationally in Iraq and Afghanistan. Having always been involved in sports from a young age, I have competitively participated in football, basketball, skateboarding, and fell running. I am currently looking forward to upcoming CrossFit and Hyrox events. .

Now working in fitness full time, I believe I have finally found my passion, and helping others discover this through coaching has been the ultimate reward. I consider it a gift to work with athletes from all walks of life, and at all stages in their fitness journey. I am grateful for the opportunity every day.

Beth Banks

I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years, with qualifications in tons of things, my favourites being CrossFit + Weightlifting.

I have a passion to help people become confident in fitness, even if they have never done any type of fitness before. I also absolutely love the technical side of movement which leads to the love of weightlifting and being able to take someone’s lifts to another level.

Crossfit is my passion and I love to share this with the community.

Also I have a dog named Ronnie and he is basically my child 🐾 so expect me to talk about him a lot.
